1.    Who do I contact if I have any questions regarding a necklace on your website?

2.    How can I make returns or exchanges?

Each necklace is a one-of-a-kind art piece and to maintain our exceptional quality we only accept returns or exchanges within 14-days of purchase or ship out date. 3.    Do you customize orders?

Yes, Left Turn will gladly make any length adjustments to your Left Turn necklaces at no additional cost. We also offer alterations to any earring posts that need to be converted. If you have other special requests please feel free to fill out the special instructions box at checkout for any adjustments. You may also email Judy Klimek, designer of Left Turn, for any additional alterations or design needs.

4.    Will my items be gift-wrapped?

Every necklace purchase includes our complimentary two-tone box, ribbon and tissue paper. We also offer additional gift-wrapping options at no cost. This option is available at checkout.

5.    What shipping options are available on LeftTurnJewelry.com?

All Left Turn jewelry purchases are shipped exclusively via FedEx 2nd Day Service, fully insured, signature required from the purchaser and free of charge.

6.    How do I check the status of my order?

All Left Turn jewelry purchases will be shipped within 3 business days of order. Email notification with delivery and tracking information will be sent from FedEx.

7.    Can I ship my order to an international location?

Yes, we ship to all available FedEx countries. However, Left Turn does not access duty for an international order. International orders are shipped fully-insured via Federal Express with package tracking. The average international order usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your shipping location.

8.    Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Yes, you will be prompted during the checkout process whether you would like to enter a personal message and additional gift wrapping.

9.    How do I care for my jewelry?

The best way to clean your gemstone necklaces and earrings is to wet a soft hand towel in a warm, mild (phosphate free) soapy water solution. Wring out all of the solution and wipe the pieces clean. Let the dry for a minimum of 2 hours before storing them back into the signature Left Turn box.

10.    How can I get my Left Turn jewelry repaired?

11.    How should I store my gemstones?

The best way to store your Left Turn jewelry is to store your necklaces and earrings in the Left Turn signature box provided with your purchase.

12.    Does my necklace need special care if it has pearls?

For the best results apply hairspray and perfume before putting on your Left Turn jewelry, because they may contain acids that can harm your pearls and certain gemstones.

13.    Where is your jewelry made?

Each gemstone is hand selected and hand assembled by designer, Judy Klimek. She works out of her workshop in Laguna Beach, California.

14.    Can you send me a printed catalog?

To keep or company as green as possible we offer an online virtual catalog. However, for your convenience we have also added a downloadable PDF of each necklace that you can print for yourself.
