Warranty

Under normal wear, Left Turn will repair all of its products free of charge within 10 years of purchase for the original owner.

REPAIRS COVERED AT NO CHARGE
Normal wear and tear
•    Restringing
•    Replacement of broken clasps
•    Adjustment of necklace length

Improper care of damaged products may require additional charges. Left Turn will make every attempt to match lost or broken gemstones. Due to the fact that Left Turn necklaces are one-of-a-kind, matching may not be possible. Left Turn may choose to substitute gemstones of equal or greater value.

REPAIRS NOT COVERED – CHARGES MAY APPLY
Beyond normal wear and tear
•    Broken or lost gemstones
•    Discolored gemstones from perfume or other chemicals

FREE CLEANING
Left Turn will gladly clean any Left Turn necklaces and earrings free of charge once every 12 months for 10 years of purchase from the original owner.

MATCHING LOST OR BROKEN GEMSTONES
Left Turn will make every attempt to match lost or broken gemstones. Due to the fact that Left Turn necklaces and earrings are one-of-a-kind, matching may not be possible. Left Turn may choose to substitute gemstones of equal or greater value.
