Shipping Times All Left Turn necklaces will ship within 3 business days of order. Email notification with delivery and tracking information will be sent from FedEx.

Online Payment International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Left Turn will also charge a processing fee for all orders containing an international shipping address.
This charge will be calculated during checkout and combined with the shipping charges for all international shipping addresses orders. Please note that if an international billing address orders ships within the continental United States, a 4% international processing fee with a $8 minimum charge will be added to your total when the order ships.
Verification All online international orders are verified through the Left Turn payment system to accommodate our International cardholders. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a Left Turn customer service representative directly. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our customer service department is unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. If your order is not approved after 10 business days, you will be notified of your cancelled order status via email.
Wire Transfer Payment In addition to credit card payments, Left Turn also accepts international orders via wire transfer. Wire transfer orders must be submitted via email and processed manually. When sending Left Turn an international wire transfer payment, please make sure to pay all fees associated with your wire transfer (contact your bank for fee details). Left Turn will email you a list of wire transfer instructions after an invoice is generated in our system, and an order total is confirmed. Duty and Shipping Left Turn does not assess duty for an international order and International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details. All International Orders over $500.00 will ship via FEDEX and are subject to FEDEX Delivery Fees, in addition to all applicable duties and taxes. International orders are shipped fully-insured via Federal Express with package tracking. The average International order usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your shipping location. Left Turn has no control if this transit time is lengthened due to transit delays or customs processing.
Shipping Problems If an order is received damaged or not received at all, notify FedEx and Left Turn within five business days of delivery or expected delivery. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. Left Turn has used FedEx service for many years because of their superior customer service and shipping support.
